What we offer in our behavior management classes?
We offer afternoon anger, parenting, co-parenting, assessments, and other interpersonal communication skills classes and workshops. There are classes on Tuesdays and workshops on Thursdays. It is recommended that you attend weekly, and you can participate in any of the classes, but not multiple classes in the same week.
Our classes and workshops usually have between 6-10 participants and are also open ended. This means we have clients begin and end their program at different times. The advantage to an open-ended program is that you don't have to wait for a new program to begin, rather, one can start any time. Each week we cover a different skill from our client workbooks, "Anger Management in the Twenty-First Century" "Parenting in the Twenty-First Century", "S.M.A.R.T.er Anger Management and Parenting Skills", "S.M.A.R.T.er Interpersonal Communication Skills, assessments covering several different tools and areas of behavior control.
Our participants find our classes to be a great learning experience, and also much more fun and interesting than they ever imagined! If you or a loved one is struggling with anger, parenting, interpersonal communication or you need to take classes as a requirement of the court or employer, we urge you to try out one of our programs. Why is interactive social behavioral education so important?
Our social interactive programs are based on an educational model for teaching people how to change their thinking and behavior. Courses are meant to be a skill building, educational, instructional, and tangible way of learning concrete skills. Our expectation is that after every class participants leave feeling like they've learned a new skill to better improve their relationships with family members, co-workers, friends, significant others', and those they care about.
